Job Summary
Lead multiple projects across departments; end-to-end delivery including planning, budgeting, resource allocation, risk management; analyze workflows to identify inefficiencies and translate them into actionable requirements; drive process improvements through process modeling and data analysis; lead change management with stakeholder buy-in; coordinate cross-functional teams on system/process/technology integrations; maintain stakeholder alignment through requirements gathering, progress updates, and expectation management.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of project management experience
- Background in Business Analysis or Product Management
- Experience managing cross-functional teams across business and technical stakeholders
- Upper-Intermediate or Advanced English
