Job Summary
Senior Project Manager (Contract, Remote) to lead multiple cross-functional initiatives end-to-end, including planning, solution design, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management. You will analyze workflows to identify inefficiencies, translate them into actionable requirements, drive process improvements through data analysis and gap analysis, lead change management, and coordinate systems and technology integration while keeping stakeholders aligned on progress and expectations. Nice-to-have experience with AI in products or processes and proficiency with no-code/low-code tools (n8n, Zapier, Make, Bubble, Bolt, etc.). The role emphasizes remote collaboration with INFUSE and involves potential one-way video interviews and live meetings via Zoom. For this position, candidates should bring strong project management skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to drive improvements across departments.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of project management experience
- Background in Business Analysis or Product Management
- Proven track record of improving business processes and implementing changes into products or operations
- Experience managing cross-functional teams across business and technical stakeholders
- Upper-Intermediate or Advanced English
