Senior Project Manager (Remote, Contract)

Senior Project Manager with a Business Analysis or Product Management background to lead strategic initiatives end-to-end—from process analysis and solution design through to implementation and automation. You combine strong project management skills with analytical thinking to drive meaningful improvements at both the team and company levels. Lead multiple projects across departments, own end-to-end delivery (planning, budgeting, resource allocation, risk management), analyze workflows, drive process improvements through modeling and data analysis, lead change management, and coordinate cross-functional teams for system and process integrations. Maintain stakeholder alignment through requirements gathering and progress updates. Nice-to-have: experience applying AI in products or processes and proficiency with no-code/low-code tools (n8n, Zapier, Make, Bubble, Bolt, etc.).
