Senior Project Manager (Remote, Contract)

Senior Project Manager with a Business Analysis or Product Management background to lead strategic initiatives end-to-end—from process analysis and solution design through to implementation and automation. Responsible for leading multiple projects across departments, owning end-to-end delivery (planning, budgeting, resource allocation, risk management), analyzing workflows to identify inefficiencies, translating them into actionable requirements, driving process improvements through modeling and data analysis, leading change management, coordinating cross-functional teams to integrate systems and technology, and maintaining stakeholder alignment through requirements gathering and progress updates. Nice-to-have: experience applying AI to products/processes and proficiency with no-code/low-code tools (n8n, Zapier, Make, Bubble, Bolt, etc.). The hiring process may include one-way video interviews, behavioral assessments, cognitive tests, and accommodations for disabilities; remote interviews via live video (Zoom) are used when appropriate.
