Job Summary
Senior Project Manager with a Business Analysis or Product Management background to lead strategic initiatives end-to-end—from process analysis and solution design through to implementation and automation. Lead multiple projects across departments, own end-to-end delivery (planning, budgeting, resource allocation, risk management), analyze workflows to identify inefficiencies, translate them into actionable requirements, drive process improvements through process modeling and data analysis, lead change management efforts, coordinate cross-functional teams for system/process/tech integrations, and keep stakeholders aligned on progress and expectations. Nice-to-have: exposure to AI in products or processes and no-code/low-code tools (e.g., n8n, Zapier, Make, Bubble, Bolt). The role emphasizes strong project management with analytical thinking, stakeholder management, and coordinating across business and technical teams.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of project management experience
- Background in Business Analysis or Product Management
- Proven track record of improving business processes and implementing changes into products or operations
- Experience managing cross-functional teams across business and technical stakeholders
- Upper-Intermediate or Advanced English
