Senior Project Manager (Remote, Contract)

Senior Project Manager with a Business Analysis or Product Management background to lead strategic initiatives end-to-end—from process analysis and solution design through to implementation and automation. You will manage multiple projects across departments, own end-to-end delivery (planning, budgeting, resource allocation, risk management), analyze workflows to identify inefficiencies, drive process improvements through data analysis and modeling, lead change management, and coordinate cross-functional teams on system and process integrations. Strong emphasis on requirements gathering, stakeholder alignment, and delivering within scope and budget. Nice-to-haves include experience implementing AI into products or processes with measurable results and proficiency with no-code/low-code tools (n8n, Zapier, Make, Bubble, Bolt, etc.). Must be able to communicate in English at an upper-intermediate level, and adapt to a hiring process that may include one-way video interviews, cognitive tests, and live Zoom meetings.
