Senior Project Manager (Remote, Contract)

Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end initiatives across departments, delivering on time, within scope, and on budget. Own planning, solution design, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management while analyzing workflows to identify inefficiencies and translating them into actionable requirements. Drive process improvements through process modeling, data analysis, and gap analysis; lead change management ensuring stakeholder buy-in; coordinate cross-functional teams for system/process/tech solution integrations; keep stakeholders aligned with requirements gathering and progress updates. Nice-to-have experience implementing AI into products or processes and proficiency with no-code/low-code tools (n8n, Zapier, Make, Bubble, Bolt, etc.). The role is contract-based with remote work options and located in Boca Raton, FL, USA.
