Senior Project Manager (Remote, Contract)

Senior Project Manager with a Business Analysis or Product Management background to lead strategic initiatives end-to-end—from process analysis and solution design through to implementation and automation. Drives multiple projects across departments, owns end-to-end delivery (planning, budgeting, resource allocation, risk management), analyzes workflows to identify inefficiencies, and translates them into actionable requirements. Leads change management, coordinates cross-functional teams for system/process/technology integrations, and maintains stakeholder alignment through requirements gathering and progress updates. Nice-to-have experience applying AI to products or processes and proficiency with no-code/low-code tools (e.g., n8n, Zapier, Make, Bubble, Bolt). Must be capable of cross-functional collaboration, influencing without authority, and communicating effectively in English. The role is contract-based with remote work option and is based in Boca Raton, FL, USA.
