Job Summary
Senior Project Manager needed to lead multiple cross-functional initiatives end-to-end from planning and solution design through to implementation and automation. Responsibilities include budgeting, resource allocation, risk management, requirements gathering, process modeling, data analysis, gap analysis, and change management to improve business processes and drive stakeholder alignment. Ideal candidates will have experience coordinating systems and technology integrations, delivering on time and within scope, and applying business analysis/product management practices to translate workflows into actionable requirements. Nice-to-have: hands-on experience with AI in products or processes and proficiency with no-code/low-code tools (e.g., n8n, Zapier, Make, Bubble, Bolt). The role is contract-based with remote considerations and requires strong communication in English and the ability to work with cross-functional teams and remote/hybrid setups.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of project management experience
- Background in Business Analysis or Product Management
- Proven track record of improving business processes and implementing changes into products or operations
- Experience managing cross-functional teams across business and technical stakeholders
- Upper-Intermediate or Advanced English
