Senior Project Manager (Remote, Contract)

Senior Project Manager with a Business Analysis or Product Management background to lead strategic initiatives end-to-end — from process analysis and solution design through to implementation and automation. You combine strong project management skills with analytical thinking to drive meaningful improvements at both the team and company levels. Lead multiple projects simultaneously across departments, delivering on time, within scope, and on budget. Own end-to-end project delivery: planning, solution design, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management. Analyze workflows and business processes to identify inefficiencies and translate them into actionable requirements. Drive process improvements through process modeling, data analysis, and gap analysis. Lead change management efforts, ensuring smooth transitions and stakeholder buy-in. Coordinate cross-functional teams on the integration of systems, processes, and technology solutions. Keep stakeholders aligned throughout - requirements gathering, progress updates, and expectation management.
