Job Summary
Lead multiple projects simultaneously across departments, delivering on time, within scope, and on budget. Own end-to-end project delivery including planning, solution design, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management. Analyze workflows and business processes to identify inefficiencies, then drive improvements through modeling, data analysis, and gap analysis. Coordinate cross-functional teams on system integrations while keeping stakeholders aligned through requirements gathering and progress updates. Manage change efforts to ensure smooth transitions and stakeholder buy-in. Requires 4+ years of experience with a Business Analysis or Product Management background.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of project management experience
- Background in Business Analysis or Product Management
- Proven track record of improving business processes and implementing changes into products or operations
- Experience managing cross-functional teams across business and technical stakeholders
- Upper-Intermediate or Advanced English
Desired Qualifications
- hands-on experience implementing AI into products or processes with measurable results
- proficiency in no-code/low-code tools (n8n, Zapier, Make, Bubble, Bolt, etc.)
