Senior Project Manager (Remote, Contract)

Lead multiple projects simultaneously across departments, delivering on time, within scope, and on budget. Own end-to-end project delivery including planning, solution design, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management. Analyze workflows and business processes to identify inefficiencies, translating them into actionable requirements while driving improvements through process modeling and gap analysis. Lead change management efforts to ensure smooth transitions and stakeholder buy-in, coordinating cross-functional teams on system and technology integration. Keep stakeholders aligned throughout via requirements gathering, progress updates, and expectation management. This role requires 4+ years of project management experience with a Business Analysis or Product Management background, supporting INFUSE's global demand generation solutions across 60 countries.
