Job Summary
Lead multiple projects simultaneously across departments, delivering on time, within scope, and on budget. Own end-to-end project delivery including planning, solution design, budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management. Analyze workflows and business processes to identify inefficiencies, drive improvements through modeling and gap analysis, and lead change management efforts for stakeholder buy-in. Coordinate cross-functional teams on system integrations while keeping stakeholders aligned through requirements gathering and progress updates. Requires 4+ years of project management experience with a Business Analysis or Product Management background. Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of project management experience
- Background in Business Analysis or Product Management
- Proven track record of improving business processes and implementing changes into products or operations
- Experience managing cross-functional teams across business and technical stakeholders
- Upper-Intermediate or Advanced English
Desired Qualifications
- hands-on experience implementing AI into products or processes with measurable results
- proficiency in no-code/low-code tools (n8n, Zapier, Make, Bubble, Bolt, etc.)
