Job Summary
Senior Project Manager will oversee the delivery of complex, high-impact projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies, ensuring alignment with business goals and maximising value delivery. Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale Agile projects across various teams and stakeholders; develop and maintain project charters, roadmaps, and schedules; identify and mitigate risks and dependencies. Manage project budgets and forecast financial performance; track costs and variances. Coach and mentor team members in Agile best practices; support cross-functional teams to remove blockers; act as a servant leader to empower teams. Communicate progress, risks, and issues to senior leadership; refine backlogs with Product Managers; facilitate requirements workshops to build consensus and ensure stakeholder satisfaction. Analyse performance and drive continuous improvement; drive Agile transformation initiatives and stay updated with trends in Agile methodologies and tools.
Required Qualifications
- 5–8 years of experience as a Senior Project Manager
- A relevant degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science or an equivalent qualification
- Professional certifications such as CAPM, PMP, PRINCE2, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified SAFe Agilist (SA), or PMI-ACP
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks and tools, such as Jira, Confluence, or equivalent
- Demonstrable expertise in stakeholder management and cross-functional team collaboration
- Experience in risk management, problem-solving, and conflict resolution
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills with the ability to motivate diverse teams
- Proven experience managing large-scale projects using Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe)
- A solid track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time, within scope, and budget
