Senior Project Manager

Control project requirements, scope, and change management issues while developing control and reporting procedures for high-complexity projects from initiation through delivery. Coordinate cross-functional team meetings and assist the Operations team with procuring sub-contractors as needed. Coach and mentor junior-level project managers, then work with management to develop proposals, charters, estimates, and schedules. Plan, schedule, monitor, and report on activities while analyzing data to evaluate key factors and solve issues. Manage distinct projects on time and within budget to support customers' evolution in enterprise development.
