Senior Project Manager - Real Estate

Job Summary
Lead complex real estate construction projects end-to-end, managing scope, schedule, and budget while overseeing design, procurement, and handover phases. Conduct site visits to monitor progress, oversee contractors and vendors, and develop comprehensive project documentation including scopes, budgets, and risk registers. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and internal teams to facilitate collaboration and deliver regular status updates. Administer contracts, manage tendering processes, and lead close-out activities ensuring compliance and financial reconciliation. Provide guidance to junior team members and support workplace transformation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- 8–10 years of project management experience in construction, real estate, or facilities management
- Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field
Desired Qualifications
- Experience acting as a client representative
- PMP certification
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
- experience with Smartsheet, Jira, or similar tools
