Job Summary
Lead NEC contract management and administration across major, complex infrastructure programmes in Ireland, including metro, aviation, rail, water, and highway schemes. Develop and implement contract strategies, monitor contractor and consultant performance against KPIs, and manage claims and disputes while supporting dispute-avoidance activities. Manage technical assurance, ensure consistent delivery standards, and provide contractual advice to stakeholders across design, construction, and operations teams. Lead and mentor a small team of 2–5 people within a multi-disciplinary organisational structure.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive contract and project experience with significant NEC exposure on large design & build infrastructure schemes
- Strong commercial and claims management capability
- Negotiation skills
- Analytical skills
- Experience leading small teams
- Experience working with stakeholders at all levels
- NEC3/4 ECC PM accreditation
- Degree in a relevant discipline (e.g. Law, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Construction, Project Management)
- Chartered Project Professional (ChPP) or working towards this
- Associate Member / Member (or equivalent) of a recognised professional body (e.g. APM, IPM)
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with contract management systems (e.g. CEMAR)
