Job Summary
Senior Project Manager responsible for leading end-to-end delivery of large-scale, cross-functional projects in a financial services context. Partners with Product, Delivery, Operations, and Engineering to ensure alignment, on-time and on-budget delivery, and successful deployment readiness. Supports User Acceptance Testing across Operations units, drives governance, milestones, KPIs/OKRs, risk mitigation, stakeholder communication (including VP-level), and change management to enable adoption of new processes, tools, or initiatives. Requires 7+ years in project or program management, strong communication skills, and experience with PM methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid). Travel 1-2 times/year; remote-friendly per posting.
Required Qualifications
- College degree or equivalent work-related experience
- Project Management Professional Certification (PMI), preferred
- Excellent English (oral and written)
- 7+ years of project or program management experience
- 2+ years of experience supporting UATs or related QA/business operations activities
- Ability to travel (1-2 times per year)
- Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Proven track record delivering enterprise-level initiatives with measurable impact
