Job Summary
Plan, coordinate, and manage the execution of advertising and marketing projects across multiple platforms including digital, print, and social media. Serve as the key point of contact between internal teams and clients to ensure alignment on objectives, priorities, and deliverables. Define project scope, goals, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements while monitoring progress and proactively identifying risks or dependencies. Facilitate regular status meetings to communicate updates to all stakeholders and maintain accurate documentation throughout the project lifecycle. Coordinate with vendors, freelancers, and third-party partners to ensure quality and timely delivery while supporting the management of multiple concurrent projects. Contribute to workflow optimization and champion best practices in project management to promote accountability and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience
- Strong understanding of creative development processes, production workflows, and integrated campaign delivery
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously, balancing competing deadlines and business needs
- Demonstrated experience working with cross-functional teams, clients, and external partners in fast-paced environments
- Strong ability to anticipate risks, manage dependencies, and drive projects through to successful completion
- High level of autonomy, accountability, and attention to detail, with the ability to make informed decisions under pressure
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, Monday.com, Workfront, or similar platforms
Desired Qualifications
- ideally gained within an agency environment similar to LePub
- Experience with project budgeting, resource planning, and timeline management is considered a strong plus
- PMP, Prince2, Agile, or similar project management certification is a plus
