Job Summary
Senior Project Manager to lead federal technology and digital services projects end-to-end, overseeing scope, schedule, budget, risks, and cross-functional teams in a remote-first environment. Responsibilities include facilitating Agile delivery processes (sprint planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives), translating requirements into actionable project plans and user stories, managing budgets, burn rates, forecasts, invoicing, and change orders, maintaining project reporting and CPARS-related performance, and serving as the primary point of contact for federal clients while guiding a multidisciplinary team of designers, developers, strategists, and subcontractors.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field
- 8+ years of project management experience (or 7+ years with Master's degree)
- PMP certification required
- Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies
- Proven experience managing project budgets, forecasts, staffing plans, and resource allocation
- Experience with federal contracting environments, including Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contracts and FAR/DFARS requirements
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience leading federal government technology, digital services, web, CMS, cloud, data, or digital transformation projects
