Job Summary
Lead major mechanical construction projects by driving operational execution, financial performance, and coordination across internal teams and subcontractors. Manage full project lifecycles from preconstruction through closeout, overseeing procurement, subcontractors, and daily operations while collaborating with field leadership to maintain schedules and productivity. Own project P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control, and handle RFIs, submittals, and change order processes for HVAC and plumbing installations valued at $5M+. Requires 5+ years of mechanical project management experience.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in mechanical project management (HVAC and/or plumbing)
- Proven track record managing projects valued at $5M+
- Stable work history demonstrating progressive responsibility
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and coordinate across disciplines
- Experience leading full project lifecycles from preconstruction through closeout
- Ability to manage procurement, subcontractors, and daily operations
- Strong collaboration with field leadership to maintain schedules and productivity
- Proficiency in managing project P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- Experience handling RFIs, submittals, and change order processes
- Deep understanding of mechanical systems, including HVAC and plumbing installations
