Job Summary
Senior Project Manager - Project Lead will act as the key client interface, ensuring objectives are met and projects are delivered on time and cost targets with quality, sustainability, and safety standards. Lead a multi-disciplinary team through design development, permitting and approvals, procurement and construction; oversee preconstruction activities, project controls, procurement, construction management, environmental, health and safety, quality, and warranty management; experience delivering major projects and programmes in data centre contexts; strong interpersonal and communication skills; English required; independent, proactive, meticulous, and hands-on leader with a background in PM/PMC/EPCM or general contracting.
