Job Summary
Senior Project Manager leads and schedules project meetings, prepares agendas, and develops master budgets and timelines for designated projects and client accounts; coordinates project reports and drawing reviews across all project phases; assists in selection and oversight of consultants and construction teams; integrates related components like brokerage, building operations, and MEP as applicable; reviews requisitions and change orders, advises management, participates in marketing and presentations to clients; may supervise Project Managers, Space Planners, and CAD Operators; provides documentation and reporting to clients and facility management; collaborates with building/facility teams to meet quality, service, cost, and profit goals; may be required to hire and train subordinates, set goals and timetables, and ensure approvals for expenditures; adheres to government laws and regulations; requires strong client focus, communication, leadership, technical proficiency, and consulting capabilities; benefits and compensation details are noted without affecting role obligations.
Required Qualifications
- B.S. Degree in Engineering, Architecture or related area, or significant representative experience in the field required
- Minimum of 7 years directly related experience in an engineering/construction project accountability role
- A minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a project management capacity
