Job Summary
Senior Project Manager leads and schedules project activities, develops budgets and timelines, coordinates reports and drawings across project phases, oversees consultants and construction teams, reviews requisitions and change orders, participates in client marketing/presentations, may supervise project staff (PMs, space planners, CAD operators), ensures documentation and reporting to clients and facility teams, and collaborates with building/facility personnel to meet quality, service, cost, and profit goals. Requires strong client focus, leadership, technical proficiency, and communication skills; minimum BS in Engineering/Architecture or related field and 7+ years in project accountability with 3+ years supervisory experience. Compensation range: $114,750 - $135,000. Ability to comply with applicable laws and participate in company benefits program.”,
Required Qualifications
- B.S. Degree in Engineering, Architecture or related area required
- Minimum of 7 years directly related experience in an engineering/construction project accountability role
- A minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a project management capacity
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop employees
