Senior Project Manager, Project & Development Services

Senior Project Manager leads and coordinates project management activities for designated client accounts, portfolios, or facilities, including scheduling meetings, preparing budgets and timelines, coordinating reports and drawings, overseeing consultants and construction teams, coordinating with brokerage/building operations/M.E.P. components, managing requisitions and invoices, and providing documentation and recommendations to senior management; may supervise project managers, space planners, and CAD operators; delivers progress reports and client-facing presentations, ensuring quality, cost, and service objectives are met.
