Job Summary
Spearhead business development efforts to engage new sectors and local markets, securing wins and driving revenue for Mission Critical Facilities and Data Centers. Lead multi-disciplined Advanced Technologies Commercial Real Estate projects, including ground-up construction, build-to-suit, and complex renovations, while acting as the primary client representative for all assigned engagements. Bridge communication between internal departments, third-party partners, and clients to ensure seamless service integration and project delivery. Champion cross-business initiatives within the Project & Development Services leadership team to foster collaboration and innovation across Artificial Intelligence, IoT, and other advanced technology solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a Science or Mechanical and/or Electrical engineering disciplines
- 5 to 10+ years of Design and Construction industry experience
- 7+ years of Commercial Real Estate Project Management experience
- Experience with municipalities, economic development authorities, utility companies, and familiarity with zoning and entitlements processes, and dealings with complex land use issues
- Demonstrated experience managing projects varying in size including strategic planning, demolition, new Construction and interior fit out, and/or Project controls solutions
- Knowledge and application of a disciplined Project Management process

- Commitment to professionalism, ethical standards, and innovative problem-solving
- Subject matter expertise in the development and completion of Ground Up, Build-To-Suit, re-positioning, renovations, repurposing, and other complex development projects

- PMP and LEED Certificates
- Knowledge and application of a disciplined Project Management process (Six Sigma desirable)
- Experience with providing advanced projects controls solutions, including P3/Primavera and Cost and Budget Estimating solutions
- Related experience in product development, launch, business process optimization, regulatory submission and/or regulatory compliance, and/or quality assurance
