Job Summary
Act as the primary client representative for assigned engagements, bridging communication between internal departments, third-party partners, and clients to ensure seamless service delivery. Oversee and be accountable for the successful completion of complex commercial real estate projects, including ground-up construction, build-to-suit, repositioning, and renovations. Foster cross-business collaboration with the Project & Development Services leadership team to deliver strategic solutions that meet client expectations while upholding high standards of professionalism and integrity.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a Science or Mechanical and/or Electrical engineering disciplines
- 5 to 10+ years of Design and Construction industry experience
- 7+ years of Commercial Real Estate Project Management experience
- Experience with providing advanced projects controls solutions, including P3/Primavera and Cost and Budget Estimating solutions
- Knowledge and application of a disciplined Project Management process (Six Sigma desirable)
- Demonstrated experience managing projects varying in size including strategic planning, demolition, new Construction and interior fit out, and/or Project controls solutions
- Experience in leading projects within Mission Critical and Advanced Technologies Sectors
- Proven track record in managing complex commercial Real Estate projects
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to act as a liaison across various departments and external partners
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills
- Subject matter expertise in the development and completion of aforementioned project types
