Job Summary
Senior-level leader expected to manage multiple complex real estate projects across markets, serving as primary client contact and delivering standardized processes, cross-functional collaboration, and portfolio-level reporting while driving profitability and client value.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in architecture, construction management, business management, finance, or engineering (advanced degrees preferred)
- 10+ years in real estate/project/program management
- ability to manage multiple complex projects across markets
- experience with full real estate lifecycle (planning, design, construction, occupancy)
- track record with executive stakeholders (C-suite)
- global/multi-market experience preferred
- proficiency in project scheduling and budget management
- data analysis and MS Office proficiency
- experience with Smartsheet and contract management
- knowledge of Six Sigma or PMP certification preferred
- strong presentation and communication skills
- visa status: eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
