Job Summary

Senior Project Manager, Program Lead (Construction) for a National Banking Client overseeing relocation and renovation programs for Investor Centers. Acts as the primary partner-facing point of contact for program status, risk and cost updates, scheduling forecasts, and executive reporting. Oversees Design/Entitlement PMs, Construction Management PMs, Relocation Managers, Project Coordinators, and Scheduler activities to ensure consistent delivery standards. Drives governance across project lifecycle from launch through closeout, reviews cost summaries and vendor costs, coordinates stakeholders (clients, brokers, landlords, architects, engineers, contractors, furniture and AV vendors, security, signage), establishes documentation standards, and leads continuous improvement initiatives. Mentors delivery staff, reinforces accountability, collaboration, client service, safety, and quality. Requires a Bachelor’s degree or technical certification and 10+ years of experience in related fields; proficient with MS Office, Microsoft Project, Workfront, and financial tracking tools; travel up to 20%. The role is located on the East Coast with hybrid options near offices in West Chester, PA; King of Prussia, PA; Philadelphia, PA; and Somerville, NJ, with potential remote arrangements other times.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or technical certification in construction management, project coordination, or a related field preferred
  • 10+ years of project/program management experience in retail, financial services, corporate interiors, banking, or multi-site construction programs
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and cross-functional delivery teams
  • Strong understanding of design, permitting, construction, FF&E, technology/security coordination, financial tracking, and closeout
  • Experience managing external partners and executive-level client communications
  • MS Office required
  • Experience with Microsoft Project or equivalent scheduling tools
  • Experience with Workfront or equivalent project management systems
  • Proven experience with financial tracking/reporting tools
  • Travel: up to 20%
