Job Summary
Manage, lead, and expand practice teams for multi-discipline projects in water/wastewater treatment, pumping systems, and large diameter conveyance. Provide vision, business planning, and strategy while establishing goals and building positive client relationships with local municipalities. Grow and mentor staff, transition work to qualified personnel, and manage projects profitably with a strong entrepreneurial spirit. Operate with integrity and maintain open communication with partners and team members. Enjoy autonomy to direct and grow your business, with potential to advance to ownership and an impressive bonus program.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or related
- At least 15 years of civil engineering, design, and management of Water/Wastewater projects
- Registered Professional Engineer (P.E.) license
- Client contacts and relationships with local municipalities in the the Temecula area and surrounding communities
- Business development experience and the proven ability to win work
- Excellent communication, leadership, and technical skills
- Strong desire and ability to be engaged with clients solving project problems
- Ability to effectively communicate positively at all levels of the organization
- Ability to manage and mentor staff and direct resources effectively in a positive manner
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects profitably
