Job Summary
Define and execute the vision for the Power Delivery practice, ensuring sustainable growth and innovation. Lead business development efforts to win work from new and existing clients while supervising and leading design projects with technical expertise. Prepare project specifications, cost estimates, and proposals, ensuring quality and timeliness of deliverables. Mentor a high-performing team, fostering a collaborative environment and driving operational excellence. Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of electrical engineering, design, and management of Power Delivery projects
- Bachelor's Degree in electrical engineering or a related field
- Registered Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in the state for which you are applying
- Firm understanding of the relevant standards, regulations, and best practices for Power Delivery projects
- Extensive client contacts and relationships
- Business development skills, proven ability to win work, and marketing experience including writing proposals, scopes of work, and budgeting for projected work
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects profitably
- Strong desire and ability to be engaged with clients solving project problems
- Ability to manage & mentor staff, and direct resources effectively in a positive manner
- Excellent communication, leadership, and technical skills
- Willingness to travel as required for business needs
