Job Summary
Lead a Land Development team by operating with integrity, providing vision and business strategy, and establishing clear goals. Build and maintain positive client relationships while growing and mentoring staff to transition work effectively. Enjoy a base salary of $145,000 - $250,000 plus performance-based bonuses, with eligibility for ownership advancement. Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of relevant experience managing land development projects
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
- Registered Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in the State of California
- Extensive client contacts and relationships with local architects, developers, land use attorneys, planners and/or land owners
- Strong technical skills with AutoCAD Civil3D
- Business development and marketing experience including writing proposals, scopes of work, and budgeting for projected work
- Ability to effectively communicate positively at all levels of the organization
- Ability to manage & mentor staff, and direct resources effectively in a positive manner
- Demonstrated ability to manage land development projects profitably
