Job Summary

Identify and pursue opportunities to expand the healthcare practice by cultivating relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners. Manage and oversee healthcare development projects from inception to completion, including multi-acre hospital campuses and medical office buildings, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to client expectations. Lead proposal preparation and collaborate with architects, contractors, and engineering professionals to deliver comprehensive solutions. Mentor junior staff, provide training opportunities, and adapt strategies based on industry trends and regulatory changes. Requires 15+ years of experience in healthcare planning and design, with a California Licensed Civil Engineer. Base salary $150,000 - $260,000 plus performance bonuses.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, or a related field
  • Licensed Civil Engineer in the State of California
  • 15 + years of experience
  • at least 10 years working in healthcare planning, design, and construction
  • proven track record of successful project delivery and business development
  • HCAi/OSHPD experience
  • Behavioral Health/DHCS experience

Desired Qualifications

  • Any advanced degree
  • professional certifications (PMP, AIA,DBIA etc.)
  • Familiarity coordinating with project teams using 3D technologies such as Civil3D, Navisworks, and other BIM software
