Senior Project Manager/Practice Builder - Environmental Planning

Create a vision for growth for the environmental planning practice in Riverside and surrounding communities. Manage relationships with key clients, support and lead environmental planning projects, and mentor planning team members. Establish goals, build and maintain positive client relationships, and provide business planning and strategy with a high degree of autonomy to direct and grow the business. Leverage 15+ years of experience managing environmental projects in Southern California, including strong connections with local municipalities and agencies, to drive performance-based rewards that can advance to ownership.
