Job Summary
Lead and expand the Aviation practice in Sacramento by managing relationships with key clients, reviewing design documents for airside and landside projects, and preparing analysis reports for airport planning and construction. Operate with integrity to provide vision, business planning, and strategy while establishing goals and maintaining open communication with partners and team members. Transition work to qualified staff, grow and mentor personnel, and manage projects profitably with a high degree of autonomy. Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of relevant experience managing airport design and construction projects
- Registered Professional Engineer (P.E.) license
- Strong technical skills with AutoCAD Civil3D
- Business development and marketing experience including writing proposals, scopes of work, and budgeting for projected work
- Ability to effectively communicate positively at all levels of the organization
- Demonstrated ability to manage land development projects profitably
