Job Summary

Lead and expand the Aviation practice in Los Angeles by reviewing design documents for airside and landside projects, preparing analysis reports for airport planning, and managing relationships with key clients. Operate with integrity to provide vision, business planning, and strategy while establishing goals and growing the team. Transition work to qualified staff, mentor employees, and direct resources effectively to manage projects profitably. Required Qualifications

  • 15+ years of relevant experience managing airport design and construction projects
  • Registered Professional Engineer (P.E.) license
  • Strong technical skills with AutoCAD Civil3D
  • Business development and marketing experience including writing proposals, scopes of work, and budgeting for projected work
  • Ability to effectively communicate positively at all levels of the organization
  • Demonstrated ability to manage land development projects profitably
