Senior Project Manager – Power Generation

Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex energy infrastructure projects, including CT (simple cycle) and CCGT (combined cycle) plants, behind-the-meter (BTM) power solutions (BESS, fuel cells, CHP, hybrid systems), and microgrids. Responsible for full lifecycle project execution, coordinating owners/developers, engineers, and supply chains to deliver compliant projects. Lead end-to-end capital projects with budgets ranging from $100M to $2B+, manage Level 1–3 schedules, risk, commercial and contract strategies, and interface with EPC contractors and OEMs. Ensure HSSE, regulatory, interconnection, and permitting compliance; manage commercial risk, claims, and change management. Build and lead high-performing, multi-disciplinary teams; support business development and client growth in energy transition and resiliency solutions. Produce formal project status reports; monitor multiple construction projects; oversee information flow between project teams; forecast milestones; respond to RFIs; provide advisory guidance on cost control, value engineering, and constructability. This role requires 10–15+ years in power generation/distributed energy, experience delivering CT/CCGT and/or BTM solutions, strong knowledge of energy storage and dispatch strategies, EPC/EPCM/owner’s engineer experience, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and PMP or equivalent preferred.
