Senior Project Manager – Power Generation

Job Summary
Senior Project Manager to lead delivery of complex energy infrastructure projects including utility-scale CT and CCGT plants, behind-the-meter and distributed energy solutions (BESS, fuel cells, CHP, hybrid systems, microgrids). Responsibilities include end-to-end project execution, stakeholder management, budget control ($100M–$2B+), schedules, risk, commercial and contract strategies, liaison with EPCs/OEMs, HSSE/compliance, change management, and leading multi-disciplinary teams. Role supports business development in energy transition and resiliency, with governance and reporting obligations, and requires extensive experience in power generation and distributed energy projects and a bachelor's degree in a related field; PMP preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 10–15+ years’ experience in power generation and/or distributed energy
- Proven experience delivering CT/CCGT projects and/or BTM solutions (BESS, fuel cells, CHP, microgrids)
- Strong understanding of gas turbine and steam cycle systems
- Experience with hybrid and integrated energy systems
- Demonstrated leadership on large-scale capital programs ($100M+)
- Experience across EPC, EPCM, or owner’s engineer environments
- PMP or equivalent preferred
