Job Summary
Senior Project Manager to lead delivery of complex energy infrastructure projects, including utility-scale CT and CCGT power plants as well as behind-the-meter and distributed energy solutions such as battery energy storage systems, fuel cells, hybrid generation systems, and microgrids. Responsible for full lifecycle project execution from development through commissioning and startup, managing capital budgets ($100M–$2B+), schedules, risk, commercial and contract strategies; interfacing with EPC contractors and OEMs; ensuring HSSE, regulatory, interconnection, and permitting compliance; building and leading multi-disciplinary teams; supporting business development in energy transition and resiliency; and producing formal status reports and dashboards. Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in engineering/construction management or related field, 10–15+ years in power/distributed energy, experience delivering CT/CCGT and/or BTM solutions, strong knowledge of energy systems and interconnection concepts, experience in EPC/EPCM environments, and PMP or equivalent preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 10–15+ years’ experience in power generation and/or distributed energy
- Proven experience delivering CT/CCGT projects and/or BTM solutions (BESS, fuel cells, CHP, microgrids)
- Strong understanding of gas turbine and steam cycle systems, energy storage technologies, grid interconnection vs. islanded systems
- Experience across EPC, EPCM, or owner’s engineer environments
- PMP or equivalent preferred
