Senior Project Manager – Power Generation

Job Summary
Lead end-to-end delivery of complex energy infrastructure projects, including CT and CCGT plants and behind-the-meter/distributed energy solutions (BESS, fuel cells, CHP, microgrids). Own primary client interface and manage all phases from development through commissioning, delivering within $100M–$2B+ budgets, Level 1–3 schedules, risk, and contract strategies. Coordinate with EPC contractors and OEMs, ensure HSSE and regulatory compliance, oversee cost control and change management, and produce formal project status reports. Build and lead multi-disciplinary teams, support business development in energy transition and resiliency. Requires 10–15+ years in power generation or distributed energy, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, and PMP or equivalent preferred. On-site presence may be required depending on client needs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 10–15+ years’ experience in power generation and/or distributed energy
- Proven experience delivering CT/CCGT projects and/or BTM solutions (BESS, fuel cells, CHP, microgrids)
- PMP or equivalent preferred
- On-site presence and requirements may change depending on client needs
