Senior Project Manager – Power Generation

Job Summary
Lead end-to-end delivery of capital projects across power generation assets, including CT (simple cycle) and CCGT (combined cycle) plants, and distributed energy solutions (BTM, BESS, fuel cells, CHP, hybrids, microgrids). Define and execute integrated project delivery strategies; act as primary client interface from development through commissioning and startup; manage Capital budgets ($100M–$2B+), schedules, risk, and commercial/contract strategies; coordinate with EPC contractors and OEMs; ensure HSSE, regulatory, interconnection, and permitting compliance; oversee change management, governance, and reporting; build and lead multi-disciplinary teams; support business development in energy transition and resiliency; apply industry best practices and generate project status reports.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 10–15+ years’ experience in power generation and/or distributed energy
- Experience delivering CT/CCGT projects AND/OR BTM solutions (BESS, fuel cells, CHP, microgrids)
- PMP or equivalent preferred
