Senior Project Manager – Power Generation

Job Summary
Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of complex energy infrastructure projects (CT and CCGT plants, behind-the-meter and distributed energy solutions like BESS, fuel cells, CHP, hybrid systems, and microgrids). Manages stakeholders (Owner/Developers, engineers, supply chains), interfaces with EPC contractors and OEMs, and oversees all phases from development through commissioning and startup. Responsible for capital budgets ($100M–$2B+), schedule governance (Level 1–3), risk, commercial and contract strategies; ensures HSSE, regulatory, interconnection, and permitting compliance; supports business development in energy transition and resiliency solutions; produces status reports; leads multi-disciplinary teams and coordinates with design, construction, and field teams. Requirements include 10–15+ years in power generation/distributed energy, demonstrated leadership on large capital programs, and a Bachelor’s degree in a related field; PMP or equivalent is preferred. On-site presence and requirements may change depending on client needs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
