Job Summary
Lead the Power Delivery practice by coordinating energy assessment, engineering, and construction activities to meet wind project needs. Direct project development, establish goals, and build positive client relationships while managing projects profitably. Grow and mentor staff, transition work to qualified personnel, and act as a positive leader with significant autonomy to direct business growth. Provide vision, business planning, and strategy to expand the practice, supported by an entrepreneurial spirit and a robust bonus program with potential ownership advancement.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of relevant experience managing power delivery or related projects
- Registered Professional Engineer (P.E.) license
- Familiar with the relevant standards, regulations, and best practices for power delivery projects
- Client contacts and relationships
- Strong technical skills in AutoCAD Civil3D, Excel, and/or GIS
- Business development and marketing experience including writing proposals, scopes of work, and budgeting for projected work
- Ability to effectively communicate positively at all levels of the organization
- Ability to manage & mentor staff, and direct resources effectively in a positive manner
- Demonstrated ability to manage land development projects profitably
