Job Summary
Lead overall project execution and delivery for high-rise, warehouse, and data centre developments, coordinating internal teams including contracts, technical, QA/QC, safety, and site operations. Act as the primary liaison between consultants, clients, authorities, and subcontractors to drive decisions and manage expectations. Track construction progress against baseline timelines and cost forecasts, while monitoring unit costs and daily site progress to ensure budget alignment. Identify risks and value engineering opportunities, manage cash flow and cost reporting, and uphold quality standards and HSE compliance. Guide contract administration and navigate contractual matters to ensure seamless coordination and on-time delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Civil Engineering or a project management related field
- 15–20 years of solid experience with a main contractor, managing end-to-end project delivery across high-value developments
- Strong track record in industrial, logistics, high rise or township developments
- Highly analytical with deep understanding of cost reporting, project forecasting, and commercial risk mitigation
- Experienced in leading multi-disciplinary construction teams with clear direction and performance expectations
- Able to communicate effectively across technical and operational discussions
