Senior Project Manager Plant Design

Lead delivery of design work within the Temelin programme for Rolls-Royce SMR, supervising cross-functional teams to ensure safe, on-time, on-budget execution of major plant-design projects. Role requires strong project-management leadership across engineering and regulatory interfaces, robust planning and scheduling, budgeting and risk management, and stakeholder engagement with internal and external partners. Key activities include maintaining project plans, forecasting finances with Cost Engineers, managing risks with mitigation plans, producing clear reports, capturing lessons learned, and ensuring governance compliance. Candidates should bring a degree in Engineering or equivalent practical experience, project-management certification or equivalent experience, and a track record of delivering complex programmes in regulated environments.
