Senior Project Manager Plant Design (Nuclear)

Senior Project Manager for Plant Design (Nuclear) leading design work packages within the Temelin programme. Deliver projects safely, on time and within budget; maintain robust project plans with support from project planners; forecast and manage finances with cost engineers; lead cross-functional collaboration across engineering and programme teams; identify and mitigate risks; provide reporting and escalate issues; capture lessons learned and promote continuous improvement; engage external stakeholders as required; ensure compliance with project governance. Requires strong project management expertise in multi-year engineering initiatives, hands-on experience with nuclear regulatory frameworks, and the ability to influence across diverse teams. Proficiency with Primavera P6 or MS Project; familiarity with nuclear safety culture; experience integrating multidisciplinary scopes (mechanical, electrical, civil) within large-scale plant design programmes; capability to deliver complex, regulated programmes in a highly structured environment. Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders; willingness to participate in additional screening (BPSS, DBS, probity checks).
