Job Summary
Lead product development projects from concept to production, managing day-to-day activities including building project timelines, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring project milestones are met. Responsible for monitoring progress, managing risks, and maintaining project documentation. Required to motivate and support teams while being adaptable to changing priorities. Candidates should possess strong project management expertise, particularly in planning tools, and demonstrate excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Required Qualifications
- Proven project management experience, ideally within a manufacturing environment
- Strong experience with project planning tools and methods
- Experience using Monday.com would be advantageous
- Excellent leadership and people development skills
- Proactive and confident with a strong sense of ownership
- Highly organised and hands-on
- Comfortable working closely with senior leadership
- Able to operate effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment
- Demonstrable ability to improve processes
- Strong commercial awareness
- Forward-thinking with the ability to anticipate risks
- Collaborative team player
- Strong research, reporting and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving ability
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent MS Office skills, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
