Job Summary
Senior Project Manager role for PCI Dallas 114 operations in Midlothian, TX. Responsibilities include participating in safety plans, following PCI safety guidelines, proactive punch-list management, adherence to QA/QC, preparing RFIs/submittals/shop drawings, understanding building systems and coordinating activities to maximize productivity, performing takeoffs to verify estimates and price change orders, creating and implementing job schedules with field supervisors, labor control to maximize profits, coordinating warranties and O&M’s, assisting in vendor and subcontractor buyout, managing contracts and change orders, completing monthly FAWs for job cost control, and supporting customer relations through the Customer Alignment Plan. Salary range: $119,000-$158,000 annually plus a non-guaranteed annual bonus. Benefits include ESOP, 401(k) with match, health/dental/vision, life insurance, EAP, PTO, and holidays. OSHA certification and local to the Dallas area are noted as preferred. Strong emphasis on safety, profitability, coordination, and effective communication across project teams.
Required Qualifications
- 5–10 years of experience on construction projects (interior scopes including drywall, framing, ACT, etc.)
- Ability to diagnose critical information affecting profitability and navigate projects away from risks
- Ability to interpret specifications and drawings for PCI’s scope
- Management skills to oversee projects and teams
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Word
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- OSHA Certification
- Entrepreneurial spirit and teamwork orientation
