Job Summary
Lead complex payment and banking initiatives from initiation to implementation, managing up to 50 team members and coordinating business, operational, and technology deliverables. Direct project execution within governance frameworks focused on risk appetite, regulatory, and compliance standards while mitigating execution risks to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. Manage overall project budgets, validate financial forecasts, and reconcile costs. Provide strategic input to business decisions, negotiate complex vendor contracts, and act as a trusted advisor to sponsors and senior leaders. Develop and socialize change management plans, monitor performance metrics, and produce regular reports and dashboards. Break down strategic problems to inform decision-making and ensure all project artifacts are completed.
Required Qualifications
- Typically 10+ years of relevant experience
- Project management experience – 6 to 8 years
- Scrum Master certification
- Valid PMP designation from the Project Management Institute (PMI)
- Previous experience in delivering Payments initiatives
