Job Summary
Senior Project Manager to lead electrical construction projects across large commercial, institutional, industrial and mission critical settings for Owen Electric. Track record of completing quality projects on time and within budget; manage multiple projects and a team of Project Managers; build and maintain relationships with key contractors and clients; oversee change orders from start to finish; manage safety aspects of projects; handle all financial aspects and ensure project documentation is complete; collaborate with other Project Managers; must be a team player and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Salary ranges from $125,000 to $160,000 per year; benefits include health, dental and life insurance, 401K, paid time off, company vehicle and cell phone; project completion bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- Ten plus years in the electrical industry managing projects
- Experience running a team of Project Managers
- Ability to manage/run multiple projects as required
- Extensive material, lighting and distribution knowledge
- Superior communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic estimating experience
- Knowledge of Accubid estimating software and Timberline job costing software is desirable though not required
- OSHA certification preferred
